Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: Full time is 37.5 hours per week (part time and job share applications will be considered)
Pay: £19,500-£29,000 depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Evolve East Anglia CIC works with adults effected by mental illness and mental health disorders.
We need to recruit skilled, experienced, and highly motivated practitioners to join the team. We are looking for staff who wish to work in both our supported living schemes and with service users living in their own accommodation (outreach support). The majority of our staff work across the whole service whilst some choose to specialize.
Evolve applies a person-centered approach, within a psychologically informed environment (PIE). This means our work with service users is based on an understanding of their psychological formulation and needs. Regular reflective group supervision is facilitated by our psychologist. Staff development and training is key to our success.
If you would like to join us, you will need to evidence skills in working with vulnerable adults’ as well as demonstrating the motivation for professional development. Evolve staff benefit from a comprehensive employee assistance program, regular supervision, staff appraisal and annual salary review.
The nature of the work requires some additional sleep-in duties (subject to extra payment) as well as some unsociable hours including evenings and weekends.
The successful candidates will be working with vulnerable adults and therefore the post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
